I have neglected Mummies' Cottage, 

time to get it back on tract if I want this small business

to grow.

What is Mummies' Cottage?

A place where I have a studio in my home and 

I make paper crafts, old pieces into new for gifts,

Not much I can't do.....

I also want my birthday parties to become a "NEW Fad"

yet I need a few kids to book with me to start it up.

So exactly what will a birthday party at Mummies' Cottage get you?

The birthday girl will choose one scrap item that she

would like to make with 10 to 12 of her friends.

( Could be less but I have no space for more than 12.)

A journal, a clipboard, a frame.

Here they will learn basics of scrapping 

and hopefully making things with their own hands.

Although I can't supply the cake,

if you choose cupcakes or cookies and drinks

instead, I can supply that for a little bit extra.

I just need a few little girls to book to get this

off the ground. Just like when Cork and Canvas started,

after one or two parties everyone wanted in.

My work is never the same because when I start it,

my customers give me a little bit information

as to what they want and I let my mind and heart take off.

I would love to stay so busy I am up till midnight 

every night. My work is vintage, it will never look

store bought or all the same. If you are looking 

for that I am not your girl.

I also do party favors for baby shower, birthday parties.

I also would love to start brunch parties for those Momma's or

women who just need to have a place away to gather.

I would provide Mimosa's, cookies or sandwiches,

We can do a craft or you all can do nothing but catch up.

Mummies' Cottage is just so cozy and sometimes

you want to meet up with a few friends away from

your own home. I can do that for you.

I make beautiful cards for any occasion, again, 

they will not look store bought.

I can make you a bunch the same if you want

thank you cards, Or I can make you one special one for

that special friend. Ask me if I can do something and

I can let you know whether I can or not.

I promise to keep this site up to date 

now that I am taking it off the ground instead of

sitting on the fence!

 My Christmas boxes, no two are alike, they are 

countdown boxes to Christmas morning! Each drawer is 2 by 2

and the total box is approx. 12 by 12.

You can put a little treat in each or do like my DIL

each day she puts something to do in a drawer,

sometimes Its something to do for others, sometimes

it is something they do as a family.

What a great way to teach your children about giving back.

They can have your child's name on it or just your last

name of your family. NO two are alike.....
